Driving Lessons in Ruislip: Frequently Asked Questions
How much are driving lessons in Ruislip?
Your introductory first lesson is £35. After that, pay-as-you-go lessons are £40 an hour (£57 for 1.5 hours, £75 for 2 hours). You can save with a package: 5 hours for £190 or 10 hours for £375.
Do you offer manual and automatic driving lessons?
Yes. We teach both manual and automatic lessons for a category B car licence, in small Vauxhall and Hyundai cars that are easy for beginners to learn in.
Which areas do you cover?
We are based in Ruislip and cover Eastcote, Ickenham, Pinner, Rayners Lane, Harrow, Northolt, Uxbridge, Hillingdon, Hayes, West Drayton, Southall, Greenford, Ealing and surrounding areas.
Which driving test centres do you cover?
We prepare learners for tests at Uxbridge, Yeading, Pinner, Southall, Greenford, Watford, Isleworth, Ashford, Mill Hill and Slough test centres.
Are your driving instructors qualified?
All Driving Manor instructors are DVSA approved with a valid badge, and you can choose a male or female instructor.
Can you help me book my driving test?
Yes, we can help you plan it. Since May 2026 only you can book or change your test on GOV.UK, but we can sit with you while you do it. We'll tell you when you're ready. You can also hire your instructor's car for the test, with a 1-hour lesson included beforehand.
When are lessons available?
Lessons are available Monday to Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
